This thesis mainly studies on the K logistics corporation,which is a large third-party logistics provider in China.The information security system of this company is too outdated to meet the future needs of enterprises,so it needs to be updated urgently.The K logistics company has launched the network security system upgrade project to improve the information security systems and service capabilities.However,this project has faced many difficulties,such as shortage of human resources,financial constraints,lack of professional knowledge and skills,which are likely to cause that the project will not be finished smoothly.Therefore,IT departments need to project risk management,project risk control and reduce losses,so that the project can be successfully delivered.Based on the IT projects and project risk management theory,this paper put forward five processes of network security system upgrade project,including risk planning,risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring.In order to obtain some data source for risk identification work,this paper designs questionnaires by leveraging ADKAR model,to collect the potential risks from various branches of stakeholders.Project risk identification is completed by using brainstorm,and then the project risk is classified.Project risk assessment employs the combination of the qualitative and quantitative analysis by utilizing the risk coordinate method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Then we evaluate the source data through the expert scoring,which are relatively reliable.On the basis of a risk assessment of the project risk,this dissertation affords the sort of risk response strategies and methods,combined with risk monitoring,to control the project risk management effectively.Finally,the research findings and deficiencies are described and future prospects for the risk management of IT projects are discussed.
