| Post project-evaluation is an extension of the project management work,which is the systematic and objective analysis of the target,executive process,efficiency,effectiveness and impact of completed technological transformation projects.Through the summary of the practice of project activities,confirming if the project has achieved the expected target or not,and testing if the project been reasonable and effective,which is an important means to improve the level of enterprise project management,and to support continuous improvement of management activity.From the necessity of the post project-evaluation,the reform of economic system of the development situation of China’s automobile manufacturing,and the modern enterprise system establishment,firstly elaborating the project post-evaluation theory and methods,and then deeply analysising the procedures,contents and methods of the project post-evaluation for the technical transformation project of China’s automobile manufacturing enterprise,exhaustive.Finally,according to mentioned theoretical above,making the further research on production line renovation and expansion of the project post-evaluation of Hebei Changan Automobile,analyzing the experience and lessons in the process of technological transformation project,and giving the suggestions and improvement,which giving a strong practical value and reference suggestions for the decision-making in the future. |
