In the international background of oil resources are depleted and environmental pollution problems become more prominent,the structure of China's Energy Strategy have a qualitative change,the proportion of natural gas in the energy mix gradually increased,and the city gas industry has a rapidly development.Due to need to face the internal and external challenges,our company's natural gas business is difficult to keep pace with other international company.In this paper,we use Natural Gas Sales Company of Shengli Oilfield(NGSCSO)as the main body,to explore problems that natural gas marketing company in Dongying City have to face with,and then to seek strategies to improve business conditions for NGSCSO in Dongying City,and discussing on how to improve the current operating conditions of our company.Through internal environment analysis,internal environment analysis and SWOT analysis,we believe that from the following aspects can improve the company's situation.Pricing strategy,NGSCSO should implement a more realistic price levels that reflect the market conditions,such as the use peaking in the form of price and so on.Product strategy,try our best to improve product quality,increase supply stability.The relationship business strategy,construction company culture,improve organizational structure,serious remediation steal gas,Pirates of the gas problem,but also a harmonious relationship between the company and the community,and Protect the livelihood of winter gas.Network management strategy,improve transmission and distribution network facilities,establish and improve underground pipeline data,establish and improve pipeline safety management mechanism,the implementation of long-distance gas pipeline network operation mode.Meanwhile,at the end of the article also put forward specific measures to protect the company's business strategy implementation.
