Research On Resource Sharing And The Choice Of Industry-university-research Cooperation Model

The efficient operation of industry-university-research cooperation is the foundation for the realization of national innovation goal.In order to obtain the competitive advantage of sustainable development,enterprises and the country need to take advantage of innovation to occupy the core advantages.Industry university research cooperation is born under this background.The cooperation is based on the expectation of good cooperation between universities,enterprises and research institutes for technological innovation.And it is the process of the complementarity between partners as a means of mutual benefit,sharing of benefits,technical service,and scientific research as the essence of the activity process.The efficient operation of industry-university-research cooperation is the foundation for the realization of national innovation goal.At present,Most of the cooperation still remains at the transfer of technological achievements and project commissioning development.The problem of low cooperation success rate,over-emphasis on form and the homogenization of cooperation is more prominent,which can not effectively realize the scientific research efficiency and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In-depth analysis found that most of our country's cooperation is mimicking successful cases,and does not consider the state of its cooperation and which cooperation mode it is suitable for.Aiming at the problems existing in the cooperation of,this paper starts from the perspective of management,starting from the level of cooperation resources sharing,the combination of Industry-university-research cooperation theory,system theory,cybernetics and other related theories to provide a new research idea for cooperation mode choice.By combing and analyzing the factors influencing the sharing degree,two key influencing factors are summarized,namely relationship tightness and the willingness to cooperate.For qualitative and quantitative analysis,the two factors and the evolution of ideas in sociology,build up the evolution of cooperative resource sharing degree of model,and on the basis of its evolution model cooperation mode selection suggestions are presented.In the empirical study,this paper conducts a comparative analysis of the cooperation between cooperation established by Changchun University of Technology and Jilin Chemical Fibre Group and the Ricoh Corporation,and discusses the process and conditions for the selection of cooperation models,providing some new direction and basis for the futureindustry-university-research research.
