Study On Occupational Differentiation And Influencing Factors Of Land-lost Farmers

With the development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,Farmers land has been a lot of requisition,emerged a large number of land-lost farmers,and showed a trend of rising year by year,highlights the land-lost farmers differentiation problems,employment in our country,the competition is intense,personal qualities of the land-losing farmers is low,the employment problem of the farmers has been the development of our country and economic life had a profound impact,the government and the academia attaches great importance to the employment of the land-losing farmers appeared problem,and take the measures to solve this problem,however,at present,in the process of land-lost farmers re-employment in China and some problems to be solved we will focus on the existing problems and the causes of in-depth investigation.This article through to the F community of C city field investigation,using the combination of questionnaire and depth interview method and statistical analysis about the present situation of land-lost farmers vocational differentiation,and sums up the problems of professional differentiation,and from the individual factors,family factors,land requisition land-lost farmers vocational differentiation factor three aspects help influence factors,and depth analysis of the reason for the vocational differentiation problems,aiming at the problems,finally put forward to help farmers to a higher level flow Suggestions:(1)to encourage farmers to participate in training,to strengthen education training and non-agricultural vocational skills training in human capital investment,such as efforts to cultivate and improve the level of employment skills of the farmers and from entering the ranks of higher vocational employment competition ability.(2)actively expand the social network of farmers.Land-lost farmers should be brave enough to "go out" and participate in various social activities to expand their social sphere.The government should consciously strengthen the organization of collective activities,it also increases the communication channels between farmers.(3)change the way of land acquisition and compensation policy.Based on prior develop the urbanization strategy under the guidance of employment,combined with local actual,different regions on the requisition of land use,should further to high professional level,strong regional employment,entrepreneurial drive effect to the development of project,by a single monetary compensation mentality to the monetary compensation and the way of the combination of vocational skills training.To help the land-lost farmers to obtain employment,the process of professional differentiation to higher levels of mobility,the early realization of a well-off life.
