Study On The Effect Of Precise Poverty Of Inner Mongolia Horqin Right Middle Banner

Poverty is a severe challenge in the development of all countries around world,and how to eliminate is an urgent and arduous task for developing countries.As the largest developing country with a large population in the world,China has achieved fruitful results in reducing the number of people living in poverty by 68 million in five years in the world's anti-poverty struggle.Now,China has stepped into a new stage against poverty in which the hardest task is to help people in the deep poverty area.It is the key to focus on the stability and poverty reduction of the poverty-stricken areas to win the battle against poverty and to win the well-to-do society in an all-round way.Horqin Right Middle Banner is located in the southern foothills of the Great Xing'an Mountains.It is one of the 14 concentrated and connected poverty areas in China and also the region with the highest proportion of Mongolians and ethnic minorities in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.And it is the only poverty zone in the pastoral area.Taking this area as a typical example,this paper probes into the causes of poverty in this area,analyzes the effect of precision poverty alleviation,and explores the path and countermeasures to improve the effect of precision poverty alleviation in Horqin Right Middle Banner.It has certain theoretical and practical significance for the study of stable poverty alleviation in Mongolian and ethnic minority areas.On the basis of systematically combing the relevant research at home and abroad,the thesis is guided by Marxist poverty theory,Deng Xiaoping's theory of socialist essence and Xi Jinping's thought of precise poverty alleviation.By using the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire investigation and household interview,this paper analyzes the causes of poverty and the effect of precision poverty alleviation in Horqin Right Middle Banner.This paper studies the economic effect,social effect and ecological effect of precision poverty alleviation in Horqin Right Middle Banner,and analyzes the shortcomings in the implementation of precision poverty alleviation.Furthermore,the measures to improve the effect of precision poverty alleviation in Horqin Right Middle Banner are put forward:improve the degree of industrialization of precision poverty alleviation,combine intelligence with ambition,block the transmission of poverty between generations,determine the criteria for general poverty alleviation,eliminate absolute poverty,build ecological environment,share the "ecological dividend" and so on.The problem of poverty alleviation cannot be solved overnight.We must get rid of poverty with precision,stability,and sustainability,and we must "get rid of real poverty and truly get rid of poverty" through steady and firmly efforts.
