Research On The Application Of Risk Management For Electrical Connector Development Project Of New EMC

Electrical connector,as an essential part of electrical system,is widely used in the field of rail transportation,communication,network,medical treatment,and household appliances,etc.As a professional development enterprise of electrical connector in rail transportation,the Company has mastered the core technology of electrical connector,from technology introduction to complete localization,and has developed more than 200 thousand sets of electrical connectors for matching more than 1000 units of domestic high-speed rails and EMUs.As the professional development enterprise of electrical connector in the Group,it is not only the need of the Company's operation and sale,but also the mission endued by the Group,to research and develop the electrical connector matching new type of EMU.At present,the Company annually develops more than 800 kinds of connectors,and has invested hundreds of millions of RMB in the development.With the increase of development effort in electrical connector products,the Company also faces larger product development risk.Therefore,it is vitally important to strengthen the risk management and control in project development process,so as to ensure the development quality and development schedule & efficiency of products,as well as to avoid the loss of investment.For the existing problems in risk management of the Company now,this paper introduces basic theory of risk management at first,and then introduces the way to identify the risk,as well as how to carry out risk assessment of electrical connector development,and measures taken after the assessment,based on new type EMU electrical connector development project.Identify the risk by brainstorming method;assess the risk,response and monitor the risk by expert scoring method and FMEA analysis method;so as to summarize the following risk management points of the Company from the application: to well establish the risk management system,to pay more attention to the risk management,and to strengthen knowledge training and supporting of the risk management.On the one hand,the Company shall establish the comprehensive risk management system with the opportunity of IATF16946 and ISO/TS22163 systems authentication,on the other hand,the Company shall increase the investment & develop core technology,and practically apply the risk management in the whole process of product development projects,as well as improve strengthening measures such as risk management system in the application process.
