| The communications industry has always been an important part of the national economic development in our country.The technological change and application innovation have drawn much attention.For the telecommunications enterprises,using the project as the core of the operation not only lays the foundation for the operation of the front-end project of the enterprise business,We provide a fully supported management support system to achieve a complete architecture that covers many aspects of public development such as human resources,operational processes,knowledge and strategies,enabling communications companies to leverage their agility and initiative to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.I use the literature research method,empirical analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis of Y company for the study,after research,the following conclusions:1.Y company problems in the allocation and management of human resources,including the talent structure needs to be rationalized,the lack of multi-project management priority evaluation mechanism,the lack of multi-project management performance management mechanism,and problems because of the lack of long-term corporate human resources Planning,lack of awareness of multi-project priority management,and lack of performance appraisal mechanism.2.To construct Y company multi-project environment human resource allocation management system,we should pay attention to analyze multi-project priority evaluation index,including construction of multi-project priority evaluation system,determination of evaluation index,determination of evaluation elements and determination of evaluation system;pay attention to analysis of human resource classification Hierarchical management,including the classification of human resources significance of classification,classification and classification of human resources principles,and finally determine the classification of human resources management processes.3.According to the actual situation of Y company’s multi-project,design a multi-project human resource allocation management plan for multi-project environment,including analysis and determination of strategic development goals,construction of Y company multi-project organization,establishment of multi-project management information system and determination of Y Company multi-project environment,such as human resources allocation process.Finally,in order to further promote the maximization of human resource value of enterprises,the author puts forward six suggestions: establishing a strategic plan for sustainable development personnel,establishing an appropriate remuneration package mechanism,establishing a systematic training model for personnel training,and establishing and perfecting Incentive mechanism,the establishment of a system of knowledge sharing mechanisms and to establish a corporate culture to encourage innovation. |
