Based on the relevant theories of modern human resource management,enterprise talent is an important part of enterprise development,and enterprise training as well as education for employees is an important measure for enterprises to invest in human capital,and it is also the main process to promote the appreciation of human resources in enterprises.F company is a new high-tech enterprise,in recent years,due to rapid development of the company,in the training link of enterprise staff,there are many outstanding problems.This paper hopes to find out the factors that affect the training effect of F company through the investigation and analysis and put forward the idea of building a scientific staff development and training system.It is hoped that this will be helpful to the reform of training system and the improvement of training quality as well as its effect for F Company.This paper combs the problems existing in training of F Company by questionnaire and interview,and finds that the training system is not perfect,the training institution is not sound,training investment is defective,and lack of internal training instructor team construction and so on,and analysis from the company executives,training organization layer,training staff level of multiple angles in-depth for the main causes of the above problems.Based on this,this paper redesigns the staff development and training system from the aspects of staff career development,construction of talent bank,staff training plan,training curriculum system,training evaluation system and so on,then from the training system,training opportunities,training communication,teacher strength,training investment,training organizations and other aspects of the training system are proposed in the implementation of the security measures.The research process and the conclusion for this paper have strong reference value for F company and other fast-developing high-tech enterprises to build a scientific staff development and training system.
