The Research Of Cost Estimation And Its Sharing Mechanism Of Migrant Workers Citizenization

The long-standing urban and rural dual economic structure,resulting in the migration of rural surplus labor in China has a unique path different from the international,that is,professional conversion and identity conversion is not synchronized.Accelerating the popularization of migrant workers is not only the primary task of the new urbanization,but also the key to cracking down the dualistic system of urban and rural areas in China.The essence of migrant workers' citizenship is to realize the equalization of public services.As a result of urban and rural dual household registration system,social security system,employment system and other systems of isolation,resulting in migrant workers in the field of basic public services there is a serious "lack of rights".The lack of "rights" is related to the huge social costs,especially the government needs to bear a lot of financial investment,and local government financial and development of the problem of lack of autonomy,so that migrant workers are severely constrained.Therefore,to explore cost allocation mechanism of migrant workers' urbanization has important meaning to to promote the process of urbanization of migrant workers.The research suggests that,Firstly,the development of rural migrant workers in changsha,hunan province,has been steadily advancing,but still faces the constraints of system,culture,economy and individual.Secondly,the cost of municipal government has a significant effect on the will of rural migrant workers;Thirdly,it is estimated that the cost of the rural migrant workers in changsha city,hunan province,is about 845 thousand yuan per person;Fourthly,it is necessary to construct the cost-sharing mechanism of rural migrant workers' cities from four aspects,including government,enterprises,migrant workers and social organizations.
