Research On Workers' Safe Behavior Supervision Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

The issue of safe production has plagued the sustained growth and development of the national economy for many years.The CPC Central Committee and government departments have always attached great importance to the work of enterprise safety management.Data analysis shows that the total amount of accidents in production safety in our country is still high,and the unscrupulous supervision of the safety supervision departments of the enterprises causes the frequent unsafe behavior of employees,which is an important reason for the continual occurrence of safety accidents.Therefore,corporate regulators on the production staff for effective safety supervision is necessary.Based on the different needs of interest between production staff and supervisory staff,there are complicated game relationships between each other.This paper uses evolutionary game theory to study the game process between enterprise safety supervisors and production staff and puts forward the effective countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to implement safety supervision,which have important practical significance for enterprises to achieve safe production.Based on the above ideas,the main contents of this paper include:(1)Based on evolutionary game theory,this paper constructs the evolutionary game model of "production staff-safety supervisor" and analyzes the factors that affect the steady state evolution and the dynamic evolution process of both parties.(2)According to the factors that affect the evolutionary stability of the game model,the parameter values are set,and the numerical simulation experiments are carried out by using MATLAB software to analyze how the change of parameter values affect the selection of behavior tactics of production employees and supervisors.Through the simulation analysis,the influence of supervisor's behavior strategy selection on production employee behavior strategy selection is analyzed.(3)According to the game model analysis and MATLAB simulation analysis results,combined with the analysis of typical accident cases,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to effectively supervise the safety behavior of enterprises so that in the production safety supervision,production staff and supervisors can act toward the ideal Status development.The results show that whether the production staff obey the rules of safety production,conscientiously implement the safety behavior is related to certain key factors including the cost of safe conduct,the fines paid for the conduct of unsafe practices,the expected loss after an accident,the probability of supervisor choosing a regulatory strategy.Whether the supervisory staff earnestly implement their supervisory work,supervise the unsafe behavior of employees in a timely manner is related to certain key factors including the level of regulatory costs,the penalty strength after the accident occurred.In the end,some feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on the results of the study,which will help enterprises to effectively supervise safety behaviors and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents caused by unsafe behaviors.
