At present,innovation has become the top priority of China's development concept,it is also an important way to promote social development.Innovative ability is an embodiment of the competitive strength of an enterprise.Employees are the carriers of all the activities of an enterprise and the source of innovation force.The employee's innovation behavior will be condensed into the innovation force of enterprises,which will directly affect the long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,it is worth to ponder over how to guide employees' behaviors while stimulating them to carry out innovative activities.Existing research on innovative behavior mainly focuses on individual factors,organizational environmental factors and job characteristics,most of the existing studies regard innovation as a stable and smooth process,as long as the supporting factors exist,innovation will spontaneously burst out.However,innovation is a painstaking process of trying new things and new methods.Innovation tends to be more related to adversities and errors rather than the good times and successes.It is worth further exploring how to motivate employees to innovate in adversities and errors.As we all know,errors can lead to a series of adverse consequences such as accidents,inefficiency and extra losses.Therefore,organizations should adopt error prevention strategies to avoid errors.However,errors also suspend long-term automation,and lead to positive results,such as thinking from errors.Therefore,error management,which emphasizes the learning from errors and reduces the bad consequences of errors,came into being.Van Dyck defines the attitude of organization to treat errors as error management climate,and develops a scale,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent practice research.Study on error management climate are mostly focused on the organizational level,in recent years,with the rise of the wave of innovation,error management in the innovation process has drawn the attention,researchers associate the error management climate with innovation behavior and found the mediating role of psychological variables such as psychological empowerment and knowledge learning variables such as knowledge acquisition.However,the relationship between error management climate and innovation behavior still needs to be explored.On the one hand,from the perspective of individual psychology,the psychological variables such as authorization as a single mediation convincing some thin and have some core concepts can be related to deep analysis of two variables to delve into;On the other hand,it is not clear from the perspective of knowledge learning that the specific mechanism of learning occurs in the process of error management climate and innovation behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to further expand the related research from the perspective of individual psychology and knowledge learning.In addition,although individual psychology and knowledge learning are two paths of error management climate and innovation behavior,it is unknown whether there is any specific correlation between them.Therefore,this article focuses on the error,verify the basic psychological needs and knowledge construction of intermediary role,from the two paths of individual psychology and knowledge learning,this paper systematically and deeply discusses the relationship between the error management climate and the innovation behavior,and then provides some theoretical reference for the organization to deal with the error.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows: Firstly,introduce the research background and propose the topics;Secondly,the paper analyzes the error management climate,the basic psychological needs,knowledge construction and employee innovation behavior classic documents to sort out relevant clues,and then put forward the hypothesis.Secondly,we use empirical research methods to conduct data research on employees in different cities and enterprises,and collect 528 valid questionnaires.Thirdly,SPSS19.0 and LISREL8.70 software were used to analyze the data of the valid samples and test the hypothesis.The results show that:(1)error management climate has a positive influence on innovation behavior;(2)basic psychological needs and knowledge construction are intermediaries between error management climate and innovation behaviors;(3)individual psychological path and knowledge learning path are not independent of each other,and basic psychological needs can promote the process of knowledge construction.Finally,based on the conclusions of this study,it provides targeted suggestions for guiding employees to generate innovative behaviors in errors,and discusses the shortcomings of this paper and prospects for future research.
