Marriott hotel brand management group is a typical service enterprise.The main business is to recruit owners to sign management contracts and to charge franchise fees through franchising.It has been deeply rooted in the Chinese market since its entry into the Chinese market in 1997,and developed rapidly around 2010.With the rapid increase of number of hotels and competitors an increase in the number of new hotels,encountered a difficult to recruit suitable IT management talented person's problem,at the same time,the training cost is too high.Marriott began experimenting with IT cluster management in the same city.The so-called cluster refers to the cooperation between different enterprises in a certain industry according to their respective division of labor to form a new organization with a certain scale.Based on the actual situation of IT cluster,this paper summarizes the problems and disadvantages of the existing management model.Introduces the targets and contents of constructing IT cluster job management system,through the determination of work tasks,the process of making the supplier management,service standards and evaluation system,the establishment of a preliminary build the new IT cluster management system,to regulate work task management,enhancing the management level of work.The literature by gathering and screening information,sorting and study of literature,form a system of research methods,Marriott international as the research object,by Marriott international case analysis as the auxiliary content of Shanghai IT department,IT department clusters of Marriott international present situation has carried on the thorough analysis.Secondly,this paper IT operational business outsourcing both at home and abroad related theoretical basis,the hotel industry IT operational business outsourcing related theoretical basis,and the basic content of IT operations outsourcing,analyzes the present situation of Marriott international IT cluster.Design Marriott international IT cluster management system,this paper puts forward the IT cluster management system implementation safeguard measures,strengthening management and audit supervision and evaluation of the effect of the management system implementation,etc.,to find out the IT cluster exists IT cluster management level is low,IT cluster management system is not free,not unified specification of cluster management system,reasonable solution to the Marriott International IT cluster exists IT cluster service quality is not high,participate in insufficient understanding of the IT cluster,to participate in the hotel with the IT cluster management regulation does not reach the designated position,etc.New IT ops cluster management system,the introduction of KPI,ITIL,SLA theory as the basis,such as the solution of the system to form a cluster,cluster operations management supervision,cluster effect and performance evaluation.Finally,this paper will try to apply the new design cluster management system,assessment evaluation and supervision measures to Shanghai IT department cluster.Through actual verification,it is true that there is a qualitative change in the cluster management.Given in this paper,we study the marriott international hotel management group,in the hotel industry has a model,through the analysis of the research of building cluster pattern,to other departments,industry and other companies provide a wide range of reference value.
