Over the years,it can be seen that Internet+ has been promoted to the national strategic level.Under this situation,it brings the emergence of many new Internet enterprises in China.In this context,Company S as a pioneering E-commerce Co.,Ltd.is born,which takes the urban and rural areas as the target market.Besides,various Internet e-commerce enterprises are frantically expanding the market,which makes e-commerce gradually spread from big cities to towns and rural areas.On the other hand,the penetration rate of domestic e-commerce is as high as 30%,which shows a red sea phenomenon for the whole industry.Company S as a latecomer of the e-commerce industry has achieved poor performance though it has made great efforts to develop for many years,which not only experiences annual operating losses,but also faces difficulties such as low enthusiasm of employees,the failure to achieve business objectives and so on.Under this background,this thesis chooses Company S as the research object,which makes the analysis by combining with the performance evaluation index system of Company S's business departments and its several years' business data.Based on this,it is found that the business indicators included in the performance appraisal show a small-scale positive trend,while most of the other indicators that are not included in the performance appraisal show a deterioration trend.What's more,it is very necessary to diagnose and improve the performance management system of business department of Company S for its sustainable and healthy development.This thesis uses the methods of literature analysis,data analysis and questionnaire survey to diagnose the performance management problems of business departments.Firstly,it carries out a detailed introduction to the basic situation of Company S and the performance management status of business departments,so as to design the diagnosis plan.Secondly,it diagnoses the performance management problems from the perspective of staff and organization,which finds some problems,such as unscientific design of performance index system,imperfection of multiple processes and so on.Then,by combining the relevant research results and the actual situation of Company S,it reshaped the top-level performance index system,perfected the key processes,and put forward optimization plan and safeguard measures.The research in this thesis is helpful for S company to realize the sustainable development of business department performance management system and organizational performance.
