The Enlightenment Of Tourism Poverty Alleviation Policy In The Practice Of Lhasa Dadong Village Under The Background Of Common Prosperity

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the targeted poverty alleviation of President Xi has become the guiding ideology of poverty alleviation and development in China.The Communist Party and the Country take the targeted poverty alleviation as an important task of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the special historical background of building a Moderately Prosperous Society in all respects and entering the key period of poverty alleviation and development work.The precise poverty alleviation of the poor must become the first prerequisite for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects especially in the ethnic areas of Tibet.As a special kind of poverty alleviation,tourism poverty alleviation has been deeply practiced in Tibet with abundant tourism resources,which is an successful example of Dadong village for practicing the tourism poverty alleviation policy.This paper,from the micro perspective of the Dadong village,reveals the important patterns of tourism poverty alleviation as poverty alleviation in industry,which has become an important part of the present and the future precision for poverty alleviation.It specifically shows the tourism poverty alleviation is how to embody equality,unity,mutual assistance and harmony of socialist national relations and to help people out of poverty to achievecommon prosperity.The thesis includes the introduction,text and conclusion.The first part is the introduction which introduces the background,purpose,methods,significance,basic status and innovation of the research.The second part is the strategic significance analysis of tourism poverty alleviation in Tibet.It mainly includes the origin of tourism poverty alleviation policy,the new situation of targeted poverty alleviation and the theory and practice basis of tourism poverty alleviation in Tibet,based on the analysis of these to fully understand the strategic significance of tourism poverty alleviation in the development of Tibet.The third part is the concrete practice and achievement of the poverty alleviation in the village.In terms of practice,it discusses from the two aspects of poverty alleviation mode and anti-poverty behavior and focuses on the "Dadong experience" formed in the process of tourism poverty alleviation.Concerning the performance,it takes the overall layout of promoting all-round economic,political,cultural,social,and ecological progress as breakthrough points and aims to objectively analyze the economic,social,cultural and ecological environmental performance of tourism poverty alleviation.The fourth part is the enlightenment of the "Dadong experience" oftourism poverty alleviation.On the theoretical level,it analyzes the principle of the tourism poverty alleviation.On the practical level,it mainly studies the practicability for other regions provided by "Dadong experience" in tourism poverty alleviation.
