With the deepening of China's economic reform,the logistics industry has also developed rapidly from small to large,especially in 2017.The listing of Debang,Shunfeng's cross-industry development,and the use of JingDong's drones all show that logistics is also undergoing unprecedented changes and restructuring.Logistics as a service industry of economic development,its development level directly affects the economic development process of our country.The development of logistics industry is concerned by everyone.For the third party logistics,the competition between the international and domestic logistics market is becoming more and more fierce.At present,our country is in an important strategic opportunity period of "changing mode and adjusting structure".It has great practical significance to develop modern logistics industry and optimize industrial structure for realizing the transition from extensive to intensive.Looking at the development of enterprise management and the characteristics of logistics industry,it is essential for enterprises to build a competitive strategy suitable for their own characteristics,especially for small and medium-sized third-party logistics enterprises.Taking the development of Shanxi Zhuohao Logistics Company as an example,this paper first uses three methods to analyze the domestic and foreign competitivesituations faced by the company,that is,using PEST to analyze the political,economic,technological and social macro environments that Zhuohao faces.This paper analyzes the competitive environment of the five elements in the logistics industry by using the "five forces model",and draws the opportunity for the development of Zhuohao logistics company.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in the internal and external environmentsfor Zhuohao by SWOT analysis such as the advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,integrates the internal advantages and the external environments of the company,takes advantage of the advantages and avoids the disadvantageto improve the management level of the company,puts forward three kinds of alternative management strategies for Zhuohao Logistics Company.Using quantitative analysis method of QSPM matrix to evaluate,finally this paper determines the development of Zhuohao logistics company's differentiated competitive strategy,and puts forward the implementing plans and safeguard measures for competitive strategy implementation.
