Coal is an important resource in China, which plays an important role in promoting economic development and social progress.Although the total number of accidents in the coal industry has been greatly reduced in recent years and the situation of safety in production is constantly getting better, the total number of accidents is still very large and serious accidents occur from time to time, which not only has a negative impact on the economic development of our country and the image of the enterprises, but also poses a threat to the safety and health of employees. The occurrence of coal mine accidents is closely related to the unsafe behavior of employees.Related research shows that the number of accidents caused by unsafe behavior of people accounts for more than 80% of the total number of accidents in the direct cause of coal mine accidents.Poor working conditions, long working hours and strong work intensity in underground coal mines,so many factors make miners lack a sense of security, therefore, the coal mine enterprises should do a good job of production safety, not only need to pay attention to the improvement of production technology, but also need to focus on improving the psychological aspects of miners, miners' perceived organizational support, the degree of confidence in their own ability and other factors will affect the safe operation. Therefore, from the perspective of perceived organizational support, this paper introduces self-efficacy as an intermediary variable to study the relationship with unsafe behaviors and provide reference for improving the safety management level of coal mines.Based on the theories of social exchange, social cognition and organizational personification,as well as combined the research literature and results of perceived organizational support,self-efficacy,unsafe behavior, this paper proposed the relationship hypothesis and constructed a conceptual modelof "perceived organizational support,self-efficacy and unsafe behavior",referring to the maturity scale at home and abroad to design and compile the questionnaire. This study took the employees of M coal mine in Shanxi province as the survey object and used the questionnaire to fill out for obtaining the research data, and used the method of reliability analysis, validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis to revise and optimize the initial questionnaire. In this paper, single factor variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to test the validity of the hypothesis and analyze the validity of the model. The results show that perceived organizational support and three dimensions(work support, value identity and interest)have a significant negative effect on unsafe behavior, the influence of the three dimensions on the unsafe behavior is from large to small is as follows: work support, concerned about the interests and value identification, and self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between organizational support and the insecurity behavior. The basic demographic characteristics(age, length of service, educational level and marital status)have some significant influence in the dimensions of perceived organizational support,self-efficacy and unsafe behavior. Finally, according to the results, put forward the measures to enhance the miners' perceived organizational support and self-efficacy,the coal mine enterprises should intensify support for the employees' work, attach importance to their talents, identify their employees' value, pay attention to their talents, cultivate employees' sense of self-efficacy,enhance employees' work confidence to prevent and reduce the occurrence of unsafe behaviors effectively.
