Nations rise because of strong industry. The scale and level of manufacturing is one of the most important indicators to measure a country's comprehensive strength. Therefore,China needs to vigorously develop the manufacturing to narrow the gap with developed countries, enhance the international competitiveness of China's manufacturing. At present, the production safety situation in China is severe, and the production safety accident base is large, which will definitely hinder the healthy and sustainable development of the manufacturing, and the main inducement is the unsafe behavior of employees. In order to ensure the rapid development and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,it is necessary to first carry out the research on reducing the rate of industrial injuries and controlling the operational risk of the manufacturing. However,at present, there are few researches on unsafe behaviors in manufacturing industry, most of which are only after-the-fact and fail to reach the preventive effect by extrapolating forward. Therefore, this study based on the manufacturing as the research background, discussed from the influence of internal and external factors on employees' unsafe behaviors, and explore the mechanism between these factors and the influence mechanism of unsafe behavior. The aim is to predict the change and formation mechanism of employees' unsafe behaviors systematically and comprehensively,so as to put forward policy suggestions and guidance of enterprise strategy to prevent employees' unsafe behaviors.Based on the theory of planned behavior and combining the theory of social exchange, this paper identifies the influencing factors of employees' unsafe behavior intention from both external and internal factors, and constructs the structural equation model of the driving factors of employees' unsafe behavior intention.Based on 308 survey samples from three manufacturing enterprises of different sizes, the measurement model and structure model were analyzed by partial least square method. The empirical study proves that employee attitude, perceived behavior control and subjective norms have a decisive effect on employee unsafe behavior intention. The three dimensions of organizational support: work support, value identification and interest concern indirectly affect employees' intention of unsafe production through employee attitude, perceived behavior control and subjective norms. This paper has three innovations.Firstly, this paper provides a new perspective for the study of unsafe behavior in manufacturing.Based on the perspective of organizational support, this paper studies the unsafe behaviors of employees.Organizational support is the driving factor of employees' psychology.Secondly, the theory of planned behavior is expanded with the sense of organizational support as an external variable. Finally, this paper examines employees' overall perception of organizational support from the three dimensions of organizational support, value identification and interest concern, and tests the relationship between work support, value identification and interest concern and employee attitude, perceived behavior control and subjective norms. This paper has three main theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, this paper provides a new perspective for the research of unsafe behaviors of employees in manufacturing industry.Secondly,it provides a theoretical framework for the study of employees' unsafe behaviors. Finally,it provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to formulate safety production strategies to prevent safety production accidents.
