Research On The Linkage Between Manufacturing And Logistics In Shanxi Province

Modern logistics is a necessary way to improve the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.The development of the manufacturing industry is an important demand base for the logistics industry.The linkage between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry will help the manufacturing industry to control costs,increase efficiency,and accelerate industrial upgrading.It will help gather and release logistics needs,integrate the entire society's logistics resources,and improve the overall service level of the logistics industry;it will help promote the industrial structure.Optimize adjustments,change the mode of economic development,and maintain a relatively stable and rapid economic development.In order to promote the economic transformation and development of Shanxi Province,the State Council and Shanxi Provincial Government have successively introduced policies to promote the integration and interactive development of the manufacturing and logistics industries in recent years.They support the deepening interaction between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry in Shanxi Province and establish strategic cooperative relations.This article first describes the theoretical basis of the linkage between manufacturing and logistics industry,and sorts out the related documents of the two industries from the two aspects of foreign and domestic research,and then analyzes the development status of manufacturing and logistics industry in Shanxi Province.In order to comprehensively analyze the situation of the linkage between the two industries in Shanxi Province,the co-integration test,the Granger causality test,the grey relational model,and the data envelopment method were used respectively to analyze the linkages,linkages,and linkages between the manufacturing and logistics industries in Shanxi Province.The three dimensions of efficiency are evaluated and analyzed.The results show that the level of linkage between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry in Shanxi Province is relatively low,and it is necessary to further increase the linkage strength between the two industries.The main problems in the linkage between the two industries in Shanxi Province are: The profitability of the manufacturing industry is not high,and it is necessary to increase the proportion of logistics outsourcing to increase the core competitiveness;the lack of demand in the logistics industry,limited service capacity,and low degree of embeddedness in the manufacturing industry.Further improve the technical level and service level.Finally,in order to strengthen the level of linkage between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry in Shanxi Province,this paper proposes the proposals from the government level,industry association level,manufacturing enterprise level,and logistics enterprise level.
