Study On Linkage Development Between Shandong Manufacturing Industry And Logistics Industry Based On Grey Interrelation Analysis

In recent years, the problem of linkage development of manufacturing andlogistics industry is receiving more and more attention. The development andexpansion of manufacturing industry urgently needs professional support fromlogistics industry. Being able to enhance its own core competitiveness and reduce itsoperating costs, logistics outsourcing of the non-core business within themanufacturing, is becoming an important tendency of manufacturing development.The development of the logistics industry, in large part relies on the release of themanufacturing logistics demand. But manufacturing industries of Shandong provinceare obviously not high value-added in industry chain, the development of the logisticsindustry is far behind the development of manufacturing industry, Thus, promotemanufacturing and logistics linkage development of Shandong province, not only tothe development of Manufacturing and logistics respective advantageous, but also tothe entire national economy national economy development and the transformation ofeconomic growth mode has important practical significance.Based on the research studies of a large number of domestic and foreignliteratures, materials and existing research results, the thesis decides the synergisticsystem of manufacturing and the logistics industry as the research object, the Greycorrelation theory as the theoretical foundation, the Grey correlation model degree asthe research method, with the combination of qualitative and quantitative approachesto address the synergetic development problems in the linkage process betweenmanufacturing and the TPL industry. The thesis analyzes the status of the logisticsindustry and the development of manufacturing industry in Shandong province andthe coordinated development of both the status, analysis of the mechanism, patternand path of the linkage development of manufacturing and logistics,through thecollection of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Shandong province in2002～2012data, the Grey correlation model was established, And then itquantitatively evaluates and empirically analyses the level of synergetic developmentat the present stage with the evaluation model, concluded that the main factor oflogistics affecting manufacturing and the main factor of manufacturing affectinglogistics. At the end of the thesis it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on promoting further synergetic development between manufacturing and the logisticsindustry from the manufacturing industry, logistics industry and government aspects.
