Research On The Linkage Development Of Logistics And Manufacturing In Hebei Province

Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of China's national economy and an important force to promote the growth of China's national economy;logistics industry is the material premise for the production and construction of the society,as well as the important production point of enterprise cost,the focus of reducing enterprise cost,and the "cost center" of enterprises.Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading in China,the service-oriented manufacturing industry is the development trend of modern manufacturing industry,and also an important way to strengthen the service industry.The joint development of the two industries can make the manufacturing industry reduce costs and improve production efficiency;the logistics industry can realize the integration of logistics resources and improve the overall service level.Hebei Province is a large manufacturing province,with a solid foundation of manufacturing industry.Promoting the joint development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry is an important means to promote the transformation of economic structure and industrial upgrading in Hebei Province.Based on the detailed data of input-output table and other data,this paper uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to study the linkage development relationship between logistics industry and manufacturing industry in Hebei Province.First of all,it defines the concept of logistics industry and manufacturing industry,and explains the theoretical basis of the article-the connotation of industrial relevance theory.On this basis,it describes the development and linkage development of the two industries,and analyzes the current situation.It is found that the logistics industry in Hebei Province has insufficient demand,low operation quality and efficiency,while the manufacturing industry has the business of enterprises In terms of linkage development,the overall development level of the two industries is quite different,and there is a structural contradiction between insufficient effective demand and insufficient supply capacity.Secondly,the paper further analyzes the linkage development relationship between the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry in Hebei Province through multiple empirical studies.Firstly,based on VAR model,the paper uses Granger causality test,impulse response analysis and variance decomposition analysis to conduct adynamic research on the linkage development relationship between the two industries in Hebei Province,and finds that the linkage between the two industries in Hebei Province is manifested as the development of the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry The development of manufacturing industry has a significant positive role in promoting the development of the logistics industry,but the demand of manufacturing industry for the logistics industry is insufficient,the pulling role of the logistics industry is not obvious,and the two industries have not formed a good linkage development relationship;then use input-output technology to refine the research conclusions,and verify the conclusions based on the empirical analysis of VAR model.Based on the input-output table of the whole country and Hebei Province,this paper uses two input-output indexes of direct consumption coefficient and indirect consumption coefficient to analyze the linkage between the logistics industry,the whole manufacturing industry and the manufacturing sub industry of the whole country and Hebei Province,and concludes that the interaction between the two industries in Hebei Province is higher than that of the whole country,while the interaction between the two industries is low At the same time,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the linkage development of manufacturing and logistics in Hebei Province from the perspective of demand and supply.Finally,according to the results of the above empirical analysis,the paper proposes that we should give full play to the government's macro guiding role,establish the communication mechanism between the two industries,innovate the development mode of manufacturing industry,and build the logistics enterprise cluster Park,so as to promote the joint development of the logistics industry and manufacturing industry in Hebei Province.
