Research On Optimization Case Of Employee Training Program In A Consumer Finance Company

The creative carrier of enterprise intelligence is staff,which is the most basic unit to form an enterprise.How employees grow is directly related to development potential and future development of this enterprise.Therefore,Under existing conditions,how to give full play to potential of existing employees and how to improve knowledge and skills of existing employees become fetal points of the enterprise to improve human resources management ability.This paper introduces the research background and significance,through the review of the research status at home and abroad,and forward the innovation of this paper.Through the interviews with A company departmant managers and employees,the information collection of personnel training susterm.On basis of detailed analysis and research of staff training in recent two years of A institution,the paper puts forward training plan and solution measures which are different from traditional banking industry.According to implementation and evaluation of optimization program in the company,and according to new evaluation results,it analyzes and summarizes shortcomings and proposes re-optimization scheme.Based on interviews and questionnaires,although optimization of employee training program has achieved some results,according to feedback from staff,this paper believes that training results and enterprise talent reserve can be directly linked in future.Enhancing initiative and enthusiasm of staff training can increase level of attention to professional and technical personnel,long-term training results of two aspects of the system to start to further improve.
