At present,China is undergoing a vigorous economic restructuring and upgrading,which brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of enterprises.Under this environment,China's enterprises want to gain a development opportunity,the enterprise requires a unique competitive advantage,whether the innovation consciousness,brand advantage,technical superiority,talent advantage,or management advantages is inseparable from the special resource "human" in the organization,the enterprise human resources that enterprises can trust lasting competitiveness,is also the foundation of other competitive and guarantee.Different management style to the enterprise performance and human resource management effectiveness have different effects,the appropriate leadership style and management methods can effectively improve human resources management efficiency,to help achieve good benefits.So how does leadership influence enterprise performance? Is it possible to indirectly affect enterprise performance through the intermediate variable of human resource management effectiveness? Influenced by traditional ideology and culture in our country,the paternalistic leadership style is very common in the Chinese corporate,what is the influence mechanism of paternalistic leadership for enterprise performance has not been extensive attention of scholars.Based on this,the firstly,this article through to the related literature reading and lastly,choose paternalistic leadership as the independent variable,enterprise performance as the dependent variable,human resource management effectiveness as intermediary variables,according to "paternalistic leadership,human resources management efficiency,enterprise performance" the train of thought,constructed the paternalistic leadership impact on enterprise performance mechanism frame model,and probes into the problems related to the assumption.The secondly,taking the employees as the research object,the data collection adopted the method of issuing the questionnaire.After more than one month,207 valid questionnaires were collected.finally,with spss19.0 software has carried on the descriptive statistics to data of control variables,analyzed the reliability and validity of questionnaire,the inspection with correlation analysis finally test the correlation between key variables,using multiple regression analysis to verify this hypothesis of this article.The conclusion of this paper is:(1)The paternalistic leadership has a positive influence on enterprise performance;among them,virtue and kindness have a positive impact on enterprise performance,and the authoritative dimension has a positive impact on enterprise performance.(2)Paternalistic leadership has a positive impact on human resource management effectiveness;the virtue dimension has a positive effect on human resource management effectiveness,the authority dimension has a negative effect on human resource management effectiveness,kindness dimension has a positive effect on human resource management effectiveness.(3)Human resource management effectiveness has a positive impact on enterprise performance.(4)Human resource management effectiveness between paternalistic leadership and enterprise performance has partial intermediary effect,in the relationship of the virtue leadership,authority leadership,kindness leadership and enterprise performance has completely intermediary effect.On the basis of the assumption testing results,the paper analyzes the reasons of appear such results,and respectively from the perspective of leadership style and human resource management effectiveness put forward the two enlightenments of the enterprise performance,and perspective of leadership style put forward promoting suggestion of the human resource management effectiveness,and finally analyzed the limitations of this study and looked forward to the future.
