| With the rapid global development of knowledge economy,economic globalization accelerates the speed of talent flow.For the fierce market competition,the problem of talent lost has become more and more prominent.If there is no effective response to the talent loss,it may eventually weaken the potential and competitiveness of the enterprise’s sustainable development.This paper firstly introduced the research background,and the topic origin and discusses The significance and the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research object and research method of this article,the innovation points and difficulties of this topic and chose to extend the mowbray model as the research model.Then it analyses the current status of enterprise talents loss,from the concept of talent loss,the classification of talent loss,the negative impact of the talent loss,and analyzes the reasons of talent loss.And then it takes Dalian Rail Roll Company project of "high power locomotive diesel engine fuel electronic injection technology research" as research object.Research core talent loss in the process of project implementation case of the mainly 3 participated units.Based on Mowbray four elements in the model,designed two questionnaires,respectively,to remain in office staff and have left the staff to investigate,for the reason for leaving the company,expands into mowbray model are analyzed.Based on the results of the analysis,it makes the prevention countermeasures of brain drain in four aspects,including job satisfaction measures,the enterprise internal management and enterprise’s external promotion countermeasures,countermeasures,non-working environment countermeasures. |
