With the high-speed development and maturity of cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence and other modern information technology,the overall shape of the IT industry has undergone tremendous changes.Faced with the huge big data resources,big data related industries have become a new focus.In recent years,big data has been applied to the medical industry.The development of big medical data represents a major trend in the future development of the healthcare industry.The enterprises have also turned their eyes to the market of big medical data.In the face of the competitive market,how to follow the trend of development and gain competitive advantage in the industry? It has become a difficult problem for all enterprises.This paper focused on the competitive strategy of Medical big data in IBM Greater China.On the basis of theory research and study of management,PEST analysis model is used to analyze the external environment of enterprise according to personal working experience.At the same time,it analyzes the competitive environment and internal environment.The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by the development of big medical data in IBM Greater China are analyzed by using the SWOT analysis method.The results show that in the Greater China region,the advantages of IBM medical big data outweigh the disadvantages,and the opportunities outweigh the threats.Therefore,IBM should adopt SO strategy to develop differentiated competitive strategy.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the competitive strategy,relevant security measures are put forward,such as Agile,"Made with China" strategy,integration of internal resources,comprehensive support for business development and so on.The implementation of these measures provides a strong guarantee for the competition of enterprises.
