The rural market is all over the vast rural land of China.It takes the commodity exchange as the basic external form,carrying the related social functions such as interpersonal communication,information dissemination,cultural exchange,and so on,with unique organizational form and management mode.The management of rural market is not only a kind of economic regulation and control,but also embodies the game of power balance,public political participation,and the healthy development of the economy.This study takes suburb S area as an example,selects three typical bazaars,and applies fieldwork,interview and other research methods to study the market governance in the suburbs of the city.The main contents are as follows: the following two aspects:First of all,It is to choose a fair market sample.Suburban characteristics are very typical S area,the area is the city center city infrastructure is perfect,there are "sunrise and sunset" in remote rural areas.Such an unbalanced development provides a "living fossil" sample for horizontally studying the rural market of the same period,existing and different levels of development.Three specific samples are: A bazaar in suburban villages and towns,B bazaar of transportation main road and C bazaar in remote rural areas.Such a study of geological cross section can more fully reflect the commonness and personality characteristics of rural bazaar.Secondly,It is a reasonable choice of research variables.The management of rural market is not only economic regulation,but also the balance of management.This study is based on the principle of simplicity,but chooses three specific variables to study the dynamic effects on market governance.Three specific variables are the management control procedure(C),the level of market economic development(E)and the degree of public participation(P).It is hoped to explore the three variables,and to make a certain qualitative relationship to the prosperity and order of the rural market(M).This study holds that the prosperity and order of the rural bazaar has an important inner relationship with the management subject,economic development and public participation.In the low level of economic development,the management subject reflects a kind of "Inaction",relying on the social attribute of self-restraint and self management.When the economy develops to a certain stage,in order to maximize profits,the participants in the fair will go to the traffic main points and carry out spontaneous transactions on appointed time.But at this time,the management body is difficult to regulate,resulting in a prosperous,but not necessarily orderly market market in the countryside.When the suburb area is developed,the main body of the market management has become the city management and other related departments,which employ third parties to carry out the so-called order management.Such fairs and urban development are not coordinated,traffic congestion,environmental governance and other problems are becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,the relationship between the three variables and the order of the rural market is the key problem to be discussed in this study.
