| With the continuous growth of China’s social economy,the material conditions are extremely rich,and the social needs of the people are becoming more and more intense,and the cosmetic surgery has become one of the important trends of consumption upgrading.With the bonus of the consumption upgrade,plastic surgery institutions have sprung up,and the plastic industry has been experiencing high growth for several years.In the era of mobile Internet,the O2 O platform,which is perpendicular to the plastic industry,is operating and the penetration rate of plastic online transactions is increasing.MB plastic platform was set up earlier time,in view of orthopedic services with low standardization,the characteristics of the extremely low frequency,cycle is long,etc,MB plastic platform carried out to provide customers with artificial plastic consulting services,and achieved good effect.However,as the competition in the industry continues to be fierce,the MB orthopedic platform faces the problems of traffic transformation,difficulty in retaining customers and low customer loyalty.Therefore,the platform hopes to find solutions to existing problems through customer satisfaction research.For the plastic and cosmetic industry,the consumption transparency is not high,and the factors that affect the customer satisfaction are very different.The annual consumption quantity of skin plastic surgery is a lot,but the unit price of the project is low,and the proportion of total sales in the industry is not high.Most agencies will skin type of plastic programme as a guest,an important means to raise the guest,and most customers will experience as a plastic projects in the skin whether to continue the important reference of repeated consumption.But also because of its relative standardization,the characteristics of the recovery time is short,wide applicable scope,is advantageous for the platform to its content,services,professional degrees of continuous customer satisfaction evaluation analysis,has a very high representative.This article embarks from the theory of customer satisfaction research,reference ACSI model,CCSI model and service customer satisfaction model,construct the MB skin cosmetic plastic platform customer satisfaction evaluation model,and establish the evaluation index system.Using Delphi method and customer weighting method to determine the weight of the evaluation indexes,the questionnaire was designed for the customer satisfaction of the skin plastic surgery platform,and the survey results were statistically analyzed.Finally,the measures and strategies of platform operation are worked out to improve customer satisfaction and improve the competitiveness of MB plastic platform. |
