Liberalization of interest rate leads to shrinking interest rate spreads,which has a strong negative effect on the benefit of traditional bank industry.As increasingly fierce competition within banking industry,retail financial services began to be a promising transformation direction for the development of these banks.Since talent plays a key role for the transformation of these banks,the relevant study is of great importance in both theoretical value and practical meaning.Drawing on relevant theory of human resource training and development,the current thesis firstly conducted a literature research,in which existing training studies in China and other country were reviewed.On the basis of combination research and new training models emerged in Chinese modern enterprises,a basic training model research framework was established.Secondly,problems existed in manager training activities during transformation process of F bank were extracted.Research methods of survey and interview were used to collect data about basic information,working state and expectation for training in order to have a precise understanding of training needs.Thirdly,under the strategy of transformation,retailing manager training system was redesigned to combine content and form of training,including training target,training content,training form and training appraisal and feedback as its cole aspects.Last but not least,such suggestions were promoted to fuel training implementation as make an overall plan for training management,strengthen process control and establish a resource support platform.Aiming at adapting the whole process of training to the challenge work of managers,the present thesis established a training model combined learning,using and teaching for retailing manager training system in F bank.The new model not only is a supplement to the content of human resource practices,but also can transform managers from individual learning to group practical learning,which will provide a reference for the implementation of retail transformation of F bank.
