Research On The Benefit Mechanism Of Collaborative Innovation Of Enterprise Technology Development

In an era with rapid economic development and diverse social demands,innovation has become an important guarantee to keep the enterprises survive,and the driving force for the development of society.Enterprise technology development is the process to trans "knowledge" into "value",which is more complex and chanllenging than the technology transfer,technical service and technical consulting.With the increasingly complex of social science and technology and the market evolution,intensifying the difficulty of the enterprise internal innovation,the collaborative innovation of enterprise technology development has become the better choice to cover the shortage and improve the innovation performance.Although enterprise technology development of collaborative innovation has become the development trend,its interests mechanism still exist serious problems of imbalance and failure,it might cause enterprise technology development of collaborative innovation in the project investment and benefit conflict,communication block and strategy-product conflict,etc.,lead to the innovation of the project to meet the expected effect.Studies have found that due to the project and interest mechanism and failure cases accounted for 73.7%of the total,how to better play in the technology development of collaborative innovation projects become an urgent problem in the enterprise benefit mechanism.Therefore,in the enterprise technology which exist in the development of collaborative innovation project interests mechanism,the mechanism of these interests will be coordinated development of the enterprise how to effect the performance of the project,is worthy of attention.The paper takes the interest mechanism for collaborative innovation of enterprise technology development is taken as the research object.In accordance with the theoretical review of Synergetics,Resource-based View and Enterprise Competitiveness,the paper first conducts an analysis of the characteristics,conflicts and adaptability of the interest mechanism for collaborative innovation of technological development.Three major types of interest mechanism involved in a project are proposed,namely,interest-oriented mechanism,interest coordination mechanism and interest distribution mechanism.Secondly,a conceptual model is constructed which is composed by interest-oriented mechanism,interest coordination mechanism,interest distribution mechanism and collaborative innovation performance of enterprise technology development project,in which the relevant factors are analyzed.The paper holds that the interest-based mechanism mainly consists of the factors such as preliminary evaluation of project,the investigation about resource matching and the history of cooperation.The interest coordination mechanism normally involves project communication platform,resource sharing,cultural background and other elements.The interest distribution mechanism includes contract guarantee,risk-return tradeoff,input-return relationship and the like.Finally,based on the questionnaire survey data,the reliability and validity testing is performed.Then,the Factor Analysis Method and Structural Equation Model are adopted to verify the hypothesis of the effect of interest mechanism.In addition,the contribution of each factor to the effect of the interest mechanism is observed.The findings suggest that the interest distribution mechanism has the most significant effect on project performance,and its core factor is the input-income-risk relationship,followed by the contract guarantee ability.A significant impact is demonstrated by the interest coordination mechanism on the interest distribution mechanism,accompanied by a direct influence on project performance.The central factor lies in the establishment of project communication platform.As the antecedent variable of the interest coordination mechanism and the benefit distribution mechanism,the interest-oriented mechanism does not directly affect the project performance,with its key element being the project evaluation.According to the empirical results,it is concluded that attention should be paid to the preliminary evaluation and the supporting role of the interest-oriented mechanism should be given full play.The project communication platform should be set up to play the role of interest coordination mechanism in terms of contract maintenance.Meanwhile,a benefit distribution mechanism of dynamic and static combination needs to be constructed,and the three practical revelations of the principle of profit sharing and risk sharing should be promoted.
