Recently,the mass consumption has become the mainstream of the food industry.For the campus delicacy Plaza,its main customers are college students,who own superior demand than others.They want more choices,great dining environment,and cheap prices,which presents a greater challenge.Therefore,research on the strategy of the campus square delicacy of enterprises,will help to enrich the strategic management research,and also provide the managers in Dalian area,and across the country,some thoughts on mass catering management.This paper chose a campus square delicacy management enterprise as an example and proposed strategic choices based on analyzing the internal and external environment,combined with SWOT analysis.First of all,the first part mainly introduces the background,significance,research contents and research methods of this study.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of this study,mainly for strategic management theories,and summarizes some strategic management analysis techniques,including SWOT analysis technology and PEST analysis technology.The third part mainly focuses on the external and internal environment of Bai Yida company,based on the SWOT analysis method.The fourth part analyzes the internal and external environment of the Bai Yi,using SWOT analysis method to analyze Bai Yida's advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats,and then discusses how to choose the strategy.The fifth part discusses the security of the implementation of strategy.The last part summarized this article.The analysis of SWOT indicated that Bai Yida could sell its own food,promote food brand,and break area limitation.At the same time,this paper proposed the assurance of funds,human resource,and regulation to make sure the strategies will be fully accomplished and expected to provide some reference to later researchers and managers.
