As an important part of the tertiary industry in our country,restaurant industry is an important support to promote the development of our country’s economy. Up to now,the industrialization of the new stage of China’s catering industry has formed a diversified investment subject diversification, management mode and operation forms chaining and industry development the development. The development of the industry are strong.Due to local or national diet, culture and other aspects, the influence of China’s catering industry is difficult to achieve large-scale cross-regional, cross-border business. However, China’s catering industry get rapid development also faces great challenges.
