Research On The Management Of Knowledge During Production Design In Corporation D

As the national plan “Made in China 2025” has been entitled officially,traditional manufacturing enterprises of China have taken on the historical task of comprehensive reform.In a knowledge economy era,knowledge has become the most important production factor that can make a great influence on enterprise development,it is not only the source to create value,but also the way to keep sustainable competitive advantage.This thesis puts forward a set of methods for knowledge management during production design of traditional shipbuilding enterprises by analyzing the status quo of D Corporation 's knowledge management during production design,analyzing the problems and rectifying the deficiencies.Firstly,the background and significance of this thesis are introduced,and the research methods,contents and research ideas are described.Secondly,the thesis describe the research on the concept of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,knowledge management and measurement produced by domestic and foreign scholars.And the successful cases of knowledge management in domestic and foreign enterprises are analyzed.Afterwards,the author analyzes the current situation of knowledge management during production design in D Corporation from four aspects: knowledge development,knowledge transformation,knowledge sharing and knowledge protection,and summarizes the shortcomings that need to solve.Finally,this thesis puts forward six measures based on the analysis of the status quo of knowledge management of D Corporation,establishing a scientific project management system,establishing a sound feedback and improve mechanism,providing reliable technical support,establishing a comprehensive risk manage mechanism,establishing a strict inspection system,establishing a scientific evaluation system to ensure the improvement of knowledge management.The author hopes to search a suitable way to improve knowledge management level for traditional manufacturing enterprises,based on research on knowledge management during production design in D Corporation.Helping enterprises to achieve the historical change from the "Made in China" to "China-made" as soon as possible.
