Case Study On "One-stop Employment Services" For Landless Peasants In Xindu District

With the rapid development of China's economic aggregate and urban construction level,more and more cities are in urgent need of industrial,commercial,and housing construction land,which has led to land acquisition in the suburbs and rural areas,and has resulted in a large number of landless farmers.At the same time,due to the continuous expansion of urban construction areas,the problem of landless peasants has also become more and more serious,and has become more and more serious,and has received significant attention.In his government work report,Premier Li Keqiang proposed that "the next five years must continue to improve the income distribution system,narrow the income gap,and increase the proportion of middle-income people." The solution to the problem of employment of land-lost farmers in the process of urbanization is already a key task in the distribution of income,and it is a very important task in the governance of the country.On the other hand,General Secretary Xi Jinping has always made precision poverty alleviation an important part of the overall governance of the country.How to solve the employment problem of landless farmers is also a specific direction in poverty alleviation work.This paper selects Xindu District government employment service as a case,adopts a problem-oriented approach,analyzes the problems encountered by landless peasants in employment,and the causes of these problems.It combines in-depth analysis with specific measures taken by the government in employment services.This study intends to start from the case of "one-stop employment service" for farmers who have lost their land in the north of Xindu District.Starting from the public governance in urbanization,the rights and interests of landless peasants,the government should play a role as a bridge and a tie,and steadily promote urbanization.Effectively implement the rights and interests of landless farmers.The main contents of the "through-train employment service" case to be introduced in this paper include "establishing land-losing farmers' accounts","regularly organizing recruitment conferences in agricultural gathering areas","developing employment-related zero-distance services",and "establishing and implementing the unemployment subsidy system".In terms of each aspect,it further discusses the initiatives in employment services,including the key analysis,effectiveness analysis,and empirical analysis of various initiatives.In summary,analyzing issues and finding ideas to propose solutions in research is the key research content of this article.Through the case of landless peasants' employment service in Xindu District,they have gained inspirations from improving the management of the peasants who have lost land,building employment service platforms,improving the employment service quality,and improving the social security system.
