Research On Evaluation Of Large-scale Coal Chemical Enterprises’ Management Innovation Capability In Inner Mongolia

This paper established management innovation ability evaluation model of large-scale coal chemical enterprises in Inner Mongolia based on summarizing the researches on management innovation of the domestic and foreign scholars, and combined with the characteristics of coal chemical industry in Inner Mongolia. The management innovation factors of large-scale coal chemical enterprises in Inner Mongolia are divided into conception of management culture, management strategy, management mode, management mechanism, management tools and related coordination. In addition, this paper established management innovation ability evaluation system of large-scale coal chemical enterprises in Inner Mongolia, including six dimensions:the innovation ability of management culture, the innovation ability of management strategy, the innovation ability of management mode, the innovation ability of management mechanism, the innovation ability of management tool and the innovation ability of related coordination.According to the management innovation ability evaluation system of large-scale coal chemical enterprises in Inner Mongolia, this paper used the questionnaire to collect data, used the factor analysis method for empirical research of management innovation ability of large-scale coal chemical enterprises in Inner Mongolia, and used radar chart analysis method for the visualization research of management innovation capability of large-scale coal chemical enterprises in Inner Mongolia.The result of evaluation and analysis indicates that the six dimensions management innovation ability evaluation system of large-scale coal chemical enterprise in Inner Mongolia is reasonable. According to the method of factor analysis can calculate the factor score of six dimensions:the innovation ability of management culture, the innovation ability of management strategy, the innovation ability of management mode, the innovation ability of management mechanism, the innovation ability of management tool and the innovation ability of related coordination, and the comprehensive management innovation ability index score of large-scale coal chemical enterprises in Inner Mongolia. Radar chart analysis method was adopted to realize the visualization evaluation of large-scale coal chemical enterprises in Inner Mongolia, and divided enterprises into five types:the type of management innovation potential, the type of balanced management innovation development, the type of comprehensive management innovative, the type of management innovation initiate, the type of management innovation popularization. Evaluation results show that the management innovation ability overall level of large-scale in Inner Mongolia is low, the innovation ability of management strategy, the innovation ability of management mechanism, the innovation ability of related coordination is lacking, it can’t make clear that the high-level and perfect of the Inner Mongolia’s coal chemical enterprises. In order to make a contribution to the development of large-scale coal chemical enterprises in Inner Mongolia, this paper gives some advices in how to strengthen the management innovation ability of large-scale coal chemical enterprises in Inner Mongolia.
