Research On Recent Development Of Q International Nursing Center

Due to the large population and the long-term family planning policy in China,the aging issue is increasingly critical.Right now,Chinese pension service agencies cannot meet the requirement from the elderly population,which leads to a huge market gap.The researches on the internal pension service lie emphasis on the national policy and the external successful cases,and lack the case study which takes the elderly demands and local policy into consideration.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the domestic and international pension estate industry,this paper takes the Q International Nursing Center for example to search for its long-term stable development.First,the problems in the development of Chinese pension service are derived through analyzing the external experiences.Then,we focus on the case study and analyze its recent situation,especially in its operation model,marketing strategy and social influence.According to the situation analysis,we find its development issues and propose corresponding improvements to realize its long-term stable development.In general,this study has a strong practical significance for the long-term sustainable development of this case and helps the industry managers to have a more systematic understanding of the development of Chengdu pension estate industry.
