Study On The Supply-Side Structural Reform Of Public Weather Service

Public weather services are related to national defense construction,economic development,daily life and other aspects,and are closely related to the interests of the people.However,the traditional supply structure of public weather service can not meet the increasing demand of service.The contradiction between the insufficient supply capacity of public weather service and the demand for rapid growth is more prominent in the new period.Under the situation of comprehensive deepening of the reform,the reform of weather service is also advancing in depth.In the field of public weather service,the new pattern of public weather service is being formed by government departments,market allocation resources and social forces,and the structural reform of the supply side of public weather service has also become an important research.One of the directions.At present,the research on public weatherl services is mainly focused on the basic theories of the meaning,type and supply of public weather services,and the research on the marketization and socialization of public weather services.It is not systematic.It has not really touched the deep reasons of the reform of public weather service,and it has not fundamentally put forward the public gas.Policy recommendations for effective supply of services.By means of literature research and case analysis,this paper studies the public weather service from the supply side structure with the background of the supply side structural reform in China,and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the supply structure of public weather service in China,aiming at the imbalance of the supply owner structure,the unclear supply and responsibility,and the supply of the supply.The analysis path of the supply and demand equilibrium reform of public weather service is followed by the lack of single tool shortage and low supply and demand matching.From the two dimensions of supply and demand,the causes of the problems of supply structure are revealed,and the overall conception and concrete implementation path of the structural reform of the supply side of public weather services are put forward.Finally,taking Anhui Province as a case,through the analysis of the structural reform practice of the supply side of public weather service in Anhui Province,the basic ideas of this article are discussed from the experience level.
