Our country's real estate registration is chaotic on the whole.In March 1st,2015,”Real Estate Registration Interim Regulations” start to carry out,which formulate a series of relevant regulations to real estate registration,integrate responsibilities of real estate registration,standard behaviors of real estate registration,and protect the owner's lawful rights.This paper takes an example of Baotou City real estate registration.analyzing the problem in housing settlement of current situation of unified registration of real estate and data integration of Property registration data and land registration data,and makes targeted project design for the technology mode of real estate registration data integration.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Research of the key technology in real estate registration data integration.In view of heterogeneous data types of real estate,integration methods are discussed.Integration method of data warehouse model for heterogeneous registration data,and heterogeneous spatial data integration by using data conversion mode are processed.It put forward real estate unit number is used to construct the method for the correlation between registration data and spatial data.(2)Quality control and evolution method of real estate data integration database.Problem source and type of the data in each link of the real estate data integration database and the quality of the data in the process of transformation and analyzed,with the discussion of the corresponding quality control methods in the process of integration database.(3)Using of related technology in real estate registration data integration.Discussing about the specific application of key technology and quality control method in Baotou City real estate registration.Base on problems encountered in work,carry out in-depth discussion and research,and will achieve high quality and high efficiency work in data integration.National land data and real estate data are the basis of real estate registration.Data integration has been the most important prerequisites of smoothly work for real estate registration.At present,it has various problems in such respects as the data of real estate registration large mount of date,complexity of historical relations and multi-source heterogeneous.Analyzing the existing information and data integration to face to the difficulties in data integration,bring out data integration route of estate registration which based on the achievements of land registration,and giving method of data integration which is based on the real estate unit.Taking the Baotou Real Estate Registration as example,this text analysis the problem and situation of housing settlement in real estate data and land registration data current situation of unified registration of real estate.Designed targeted program of work for the techniques of real estate registration.Provided methods to work out difficult issues and historical issue in land settlement..The implementation effect in Baotou is introduced so that it can provide a reference for other cities.
