Research On Measurement And Synergy Promotion Countermeasures Of National Traffic Logistics Efficiency Along The "China-Eu" Line Trains

With the refinement of the division of labor,transportation and logistics industry has made rapid progress in recent years,known as the "accelerator" of economic development.The degree of implementation of the five objectives of economic belt construction,namely,policy communication,road linkage,trade unimpeded,currency circulation and people’s minds,can be reflected by "logistics unimpeded".The development level of the transportation and logistics industry has gradually become an important reference for judging the development level of a country’s national economy.The corresponding efficiency of a country’s transportation logistics also directly determines the development level of its transportation and logistics industry.The higher development level of a country’s transportation and logistics industry,the more the country invests in transportation and logistics,it can also take advantage of this advantage to occupy a relatively favorable position and greater voice in the global economic competition.Therefore,the research on traffic logistics efficiency of “China-EU”Line Trains is not only conducive to China’s clearer direction to the development of transportation and logistics industry,but also to improve the efficiency of China’s transportation logistics resource allocation,and promote the sustainable development of the “the Belt and Road” initiative.It also has important reference value for countries along the route.Based on the definition and connotation of the value of national transportation logistics efficiency along the “China-EU Train”,this paper constructs a traffic logistics efficiency value evaluation index system including one first-level index,two second-level indicators and 16 three-level indicators.What’s more,the three-stage DEA and Malmquist model is used to measure the transport logistics efficiency of 22 countries along the "China-Europe " Line Trains from 2007 to 2016.Then the TOBIT model is used to further study the relevant factors affecting the improvement of transport logistics efficiency of 22 countries along the "China-EU" line trains,and analyze the 22 countries as a whole and individual countries as targets.According to the research results of this paper,relevant countermeasures are proposed on how to achieve the synergistic improvement of transportation logistics efficiency in the countries along the "China-EU" trains...
