A Research Of Marine Cooperation Between China And Indonesia Under The Background Of "Marine Silk Road In The 21st Century"

In October 2013,President Xi Jinping visit to Indonessian,in his speech to the Indonesian Parliament,proposed that China should build the "Marine Silk Road of the 21st Century".The reasons for China's initiative are various.It is not only to meet the needs of domestic economic development,but also to respond actively to changes in the external world.It is an important manifestation of China's awakening of ocean consciousness and a new round of opening-up.In order to better realize this initiative,the Chinese government has taken many actions,including high-level leadership and communication,and actively building a platform for cooperation,which has got over the footlights.Thl influence and acceptance of the Initiative have increased significantly.Indonesia is the fulcrum country along the "Marine Silk Road in the 21st Century".Both the ancient Silk Road and Zheng He's Ocean have a long history of ocean exchanges.Both countries have left an important chapter in their ocean exchanges.There are many examples to follow in their ocean cooperation.At the same time,Indonesia has a unique geographical location,a transportation hub in the Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean,and rich marine resources.It is also a big country in Southeast Asia and a leader of ASEAN.Therefore,Maritime cooperation with Indonesia not only has great economic benefits,but also has set an example,which is of great value to the recognition and implementation of the new Silk Road.Indonesia has also made great efforts to develop marine value and put forward the concept of"global ocean fulcrum".This idea is an important manifestation of Indonesia's ambition to develop its marine economy and realize its great power by relying on the ocean.The two countries have a strong interest in ocean cooperation.Under the background of the docking of the two countries'ocean planning,the two countries have taken a series of measures and achieved fruitful results.Of course,the international community is an aggregation of interests and contradictions,and there are also shortcomings and challenges in the maritime cooperation.In this regard,we should seek advantages and avoid disadvantages,give full play to the respective advantages of the two countries,maintain regional stability,develop marine culture and create marine value.In view of the possible problems in the maritime cooperation,this paper also gives interrelate opinions and suggestions.Under the background of the New Silk Road,the two parties should stand at the height of the community of human destiny in order to bring into play the greatest value of maritime cooperation between the two countries.
