With the development of fresh food e-commerce,it can largely meet people's increasing demand for fresh products.At the same time that demand is met,people have increasingly higher requirements for the quality of cold-chain foods.The production and transportation requirements of enterprises are becoming more and more strict,which requires efficient operation of cold chain logistics distribution centers of fresh product enterprises.Therefore,in-depth research on the location of regional cold chain logistics distribution centers enables companies to meet people's requirements for fresh food,improve customer satisfaction,and reduce the logistics costs of enterprises as much as possible,which has strong theoretical and practical significance.First,by combing domestic and foreign research literature on cold chain logistics and distribution center location selection,the site selection method and location model are summarized,the concept of a regional cold chain logistics distribution center is defined,and the basic theory of location selection is determined.Based on the literature analysis,the influencing factors of the location of the regional cold chain distribution center were determined.Then,the P-median model was optimized and improved based on the lowest total cost of the regional cold chain logistics distribution center as the objective function.Constraints on customer satisfaction have constructed a complete site selection model;again,by comprehensively analyzing the factors affecting site selection,and using AHP to carry out a comprehensive ranking,an alternative location for the distribution center of SF Holding in Ezhou is determined;finally,the actual use data and LINGO17.0 software,under the constraint of satisfying the customer satisfaction of 90%,using the regional cold chain logistics distribution center location model to select an address as a regional cold chain logistics distribution center from the candidate locations,and the hierarchy The ranking results of the analysis method are the same,which proves the feasibility of improving the P-median model and the rationality of the location results.Byanalyzing the cost structure of the site selection results,it is shown that the proportion of corruption costs and transportation costs is relatively high.This also points out the focus of future management for SF Holding,and can also provide similar enterprises with improved cold chain logistics distribution center distribution efficiency and enterprise management capabilities in accordance with.
