Research On Satisfaction Of Public Meteorological Services

Since the reform and opening up,China's meteorological industry has always been developing towards a high level.However,with the global warming,extreme weather events occur frequently,and the problems of meteorological services and public needs are also highlighted.The scientific,effective and objective method of measuring and evaluating the satisfaction of meteorological services will help the meteorological department to improve meteorological services in a targeted manner and promote the sustained and rapid development of meteorological services.By combing the relevant literatures on the development process of meteorological services at home and abroad and the research on satisfaction evaluation,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of public meteorological service satisfaction based on the shortcomings of the existing research and the characteristics of “public welfare” and “wide coverage”.And design a questionnaire to collect data on the evaluation of meteorological services by the public across the country.Based on ACSI and ECSI,the initial structural equation model is established,and the survey data is analyzed and processed by statistical software such as SPSS v21.0 and AMOS v21.0.The model is corrected and optimized through a series of hypothesis tests,and finally the public weather is obtained.Service satisfaction evaluation model,and multi-group analysis and IPA analysis of model results.In theory,this paper constructs a relatively complete public weather service satisfaction evaluation index system,which lays a foundation for measuring public satisfaction in this paper,and can also serve as the theoretical basis for future research related issues;in practice,it has been fully considered.The structural equation model of the characteristics of meteorological services in China meets the needs of the public and meteorological departments.The research work of this paper provides an important reference for the satisfaction assessment of public meteorological services,and hascertain practical significance for the meteorological department to improve meteorological services.
