Study On The Assessment Of Bus Passengers' Satisfaction Based On Structural Equation Model And QFD

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed "to vigorously improve the quality and efficiency of development and meet the growing needs of the people for a better life." Urban bus service provides basic travel services for the daily life of urban residents.Its development quality is an important part of the good life of urban residents.The satisfaction of residents' service to urban public transport is an important factor to measure the quality of public transport service.Based on this,this paper Urban bus service satisfaction is the research object,and its evaluation model is discussed to provide theoretical and empirical reference for the evaluation of urban bus service satisfaction.This thesis first defines the concept of urban bus service satisfaction,introduces the relevant theories and models of bus service satisfaction evaluation,points out the existing problems of the bus service satisfaction evaluation model,and proposes the structural equation model and quality function strategy model.Combined with the introduction of bus service satisfaction assessment,a SEM-QFD-based urban bus service satisfaction evaluation model is constructed.This model maps the path coefficient of SEM model to quality function development while discussing the formation path of urban bus service satisfaction.The degree of relevance in the law,more objective evaluation of the comprehensive score of urban bus service satisfaction,and then a new satisfaction assessment model.Secondly,based on the SEM-QFD theoretical model construction,this paper takes the satisfaction of public transportation service in Shenzhen as an example,and collects data to empirically analyze the satisfaction evaluation model of SEM-QFD bus service to verify its scientificity and effectiveness.The empirical analysis results show that the SEM-QFD bus service satisfaction evaluation model proposed in this paper does not require subjective judgments other than data,and a priori assumptions such as membership membership functions,and can be used to observe and evaluate the various influence dimensions of the bus service satisfaction formation process.Comprehensive score of path coefficient and bus service satisfaction.Finally,based on the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of public transportation services in Shenzhen.
