Prefabricated building is one of the hotspots in the development of today's construction industry.Assembled housing is also a form of housing strongly promoted by the government. Then consumers' recognition and recognition of the assembly building is not high.Consumers have a certain resistance to the assembly housing, and the development of the assembly housing is relatively slow.Based on the problems existing in the development of this industry, this paper carries on the topic selection research, which has certain theoretical significance and practical value. On the basis of the current social situation, this paper first summarizes the research results on the development of assembled buildings in domestic and foreign literature.Secondly,on the basis of consumer satisfaction, this paper establishes a consumer satisfaction model for assembled houses, and conducts a survey on the residents of assembled houses. The survey results show that consumer satisfaction for assembled houses is not high.Structural equation model solves the satisfaction model and finds out the influencing factors of consumers' satisfaction with assembly housing. In order to promote the good development of assembly market, evolutionary game between developers and consumers is carried out to find out the equilibrium point of the market. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to guide the equilibrium point to develop in a market-friendly direction. The research and conclusions of this paper complement the current research on assembly housing in China, and also provide some countermeasures and suggestions for the government to guide the development of the assembly housing market.
