| Surveying and mapping is the basic work of economic and social development and has played an important role in the development of China’s national economy.Along with our country economy progressively in the "new normal" and high-end development phase,the cause of surveying and mapping in the development of new opportunities in the rising stage,gradually formed with the development of the market as the core system,the huge demand of the surveying and mapping surveying and mapping market companies,increasing the number of market began to appear in the oversupply of the competition is fierce.In order to obtain the development opportunities and advantages in today’s competitive surveying and mapping market,in addition to expanding the market,creating a good internal development environment is also an important aspect.Among them,it is essential to build a good performance evaluation system to mobilize the work enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees.KPI assessment method is the key performance indicators(KPIS)method is now each enterprise value and often use one of the performance evaluation methods,set up the accurate and reasonable in surveying and mapping enterprise internal KPI performance appraisal system,in view of the technical personnel’s job performance to make scientific evaluation,the results of performance evaluation and staff recruitment and training,promotion and salary,the combination of form a complete set of effective performance evaluation mechanism,so that can promote employees and enterprise common development,thus to achieve the target of enterprise market competition advantage.YT surveying and mapping company is the first private enterprise in Jiangsu province to obtain grade a surveying and mapping level.Currently,there are more than 400 people on the job,most of whom are first-line technicians.Despite the rapid development of the company,there are still many problems and deficiencies in human resource management,especially in the performance evaluation system,which requires systematic theoretical research.This paper creatively USES analytic hierarchy process(AHP)when analyzing key assessment indicators,and proposes improvement and safeguard measures for YT surveying and mapping company’s current situation.The paper first expounds the problems in YT surveying and mapping company’s employee performance evaluation.There are mainly performance evaluation itself mechanism is not sound,performance evaluation indicators do not do the job analysis of sameness,front-line technical personnel did not participate in the development of performance evaluation standards,performance evaluation indicators quantitative degree is not in place,lack of performance feedback and guidance,performance evaluation results are not in place,etc.Secondly,the paper analyzes the causes of the problems in YT surveying and mapping company’s employee performance evaluation.The main problems are the insufficient quality of the management,which restricts the implementation of performance evaluation,the insufficient support from the management,the lack of publicity and training for performance evaluation,the haphazard performance evaluation process,the lack of supervision,and the lack of corresponding performance evaluation guarantee measures.Finally,the paper proposes the improvement design and guarantee measures of YT surveying and mapping company’s employee performance evaluation system.Improvement design mainly includes improvement performance evaluation index system,performance evaluation calculation and application,performance evaluation improvement program implementation and effect,etc.The guarantee measures mainly include organizational leadership guarantee,information technology guarantee,personnel training guarantee,enterprise culture guarantee and so on. |
