The Evaluation And Analysis Of The Green Economy Development Level Of China's Coal Industry

The rapid development of economy has created a brilliant material civilization for mankind,at the same time,also caused great damage to the resources and environment.In order to achieve the coordinated development of economic,resources,environment and the society,green economy arises at the historic moment and develops rapidly on a global scale.Green economy has become trends of the times in the future economic development.Coal industry as a traditional resources industry,the green development of which is an important implementation of the green development and transformation of the whole economic society,and the study of the coal industry green economy is the key areas of green economy research.Introduce the concept of green economy into coal industry and pay great attention to develop the coal industry green economy is an important content of promoting China's economic and social transformation of green.At present,the green economy in coal industry is carrying out nationwide,and has obtained great achievement.However,there is no uniform method and index system to evaluate the status and degree of the development of green economy in coal industry systematic.The single mode which makes economic benefits as the only evaluation criteria has already not adapt to the requirement of the era of green economy.The establishment of the coal industry evaluation system of green economy is not only a quantitative the groundwork to the green economy development level,but also the basic content of green economy development theory research and the main basis of evaluation quality of green economy development.Only by establishing a set of scientific,strict,complete evaluation index system of green economy,can we use certain methods and means to monitor and predict the coal industry green economy development status,evaluate the green economy development degree scientifically,find out the existing problems and correct its development direction.This article,on the basis of previous studies,according to the nature of green economy and the characteristics of green coal industry development,uses target tree method to formulate a perfect,scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of the coal industry of green economy.The evaluation index system includes five elements such as intensive economic,economic structure,resources saving,environment friendly and harmonious society,which includes 28 indicators.Besides,the essay uses Delphi method and AHP to determine the weight of each index,constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of coal industry green economy development level and divides the stage of the green economic development.After finished the work above,chooses a typical coal region-Shanxi Province as an example?estimates the status of the development of green economy in Shanxi coal industry and get the conclusion that coal industry green economy in Shanxi province,in turn,the whole national coal industry is in the primary stage.In the future,the green economic development in coal industry has wide space and great potential.Based on the present situation,we put forward some.policy suggestions to promote the green development of coal industry,such as perfecting the mechanism of economy intensive and utilization of resources,building friendly coordination mechanism of resource utilization and environmental protection,constructing a coal and non coal industry coordinated development mechanism,the construction of market environmental protection mechanism,etc.
