Iron roughneck is undoubtedly the key equipment to improve automation level of domestic oil drilling.Drilling can greatly improve work efficiency and reduce production cost.A high efficient,low power consumptions and fast response speed hydraulic system is necessary for high levels iron roughneck.The structure of TZG/G200 rail type iron roughneck is designed in the paper mainly from the practical application function and the driving and control system is determined by the comparison of iron roughneck control drive system scheme and the use of environmental requirements.This paper proposed a hydraulic track type iron roughneck drive and control system.According to the function demand analysis,each part of the main hydraulic system principle diagram is designed.On the basis of these,the overall hydraulic system of the hydraulic system is analyzed and designed.The performance of hydraulic system directly affects the working performance of the TZG/G200 rail type iron roughneck.In a given parameter demand conditions,each part of the main components of the hydraulic system are designed and calculated according to the analysis of the calculation results.The impact of pressure and flow loss in hydraulic system can`t be ignored.Based on the platform of AMESim simulation,the hydraulic system of rail type iron roughneck in different working conditions is simulated and the results analysis was done.The simulation results show that the displacement and pressure of the pump and the opening of the valve port of the control valve have greatly influence on the output of the system.Control line length effect the system is small in a certain range,beyond a certain range of pipeline must be considered.The simulation results of the whole hydraulic system show that in the allowable loss Within the scope,the design parameters and simulation results can meet the design requirements.
