Pattern Preparation Software Design And Fabric Development Of Five-functional-position Computerized Flat Knitting Machine

Computerized flat knitting machine constantly prompts and stimulates the development and advancement of knitting garment industry,fully atomizing the manufacture and process control of knitted fabric's production as well as increasing the efficiency and catering to the gradually spiking market demand.Various patterns can intuitionally show the knitting performance of computerized flat knitting machine.Through deeply research on the knitting motion and electronic controlling of five-functional-position computerized flat knitting machine,this subject made a good coordination between hardware system and software system,Additionally,utilizing the Object Oriented Programming(OPP)to create a suitable pattern preparation software which integrates numbers of knitting rows that enhancing knitting efficiency by leaps and bounds.By calibration of adjustment between real motion and pattern preparation software and by the method of randomly assortment of five knitting unit: regular loop,tight loop,regular tuck,tight tuck and float line(no knitting action),various typical patterned samples are manufactured and presented with the following help of needle selecting device being adapted to the spring needle's five function placement,compressing tablets and needle heels as well as the placement of flipping and relaying being also adjusted for coordination.Fabric development includes three-function knitting tests and improvements,regional five-function pattern,full five-function pattern and combination of three-function with five-function patterns which adds to the richness of knitting garment industry today.This study is under Key Projects in the National Science & Technology Pillar Program discussing the aspects of electric controlling,pattern preparation software development,realizing the pattern preparation function,fabric development and machine coordination,fabric analysis and market perspective in computerized flat knitting machine.At last,through constant calibrating and adjusting,this paper leads an idea of developing pattern preparation software and the pattern stitches which can fit the need of five-functional-position computerized flat knitting machine.
