The cashmere fibers as base material, and were handle by copper sulfate in one bath two steps process. And we test the conductive cashmere fibers(ccf)conductivity,to evaluate the fibers conductive property. We researched the influence of the time and temperature, the copper content in the process of absorption and permeation by texting the adsorbing capacity of copper ions on fiber.Researching the concentration of sulfurizing agent, the time, the temperature, the bath pH influenced the specific resistance of the ccf.Texting the conductivity, the dyeing property, the after-dyeing light fastness of the ccf,to determine the reasonable process. The results showed that:(1)The reasonable process conditions:reduction and permeation temperature is 60?;reduction and permeation time is 20min;The ratio of copper source and fiber are 7:10;vulcanization reaction is taken at 80?,lasting 40 minutes;the pH of the reaction bath ranges from 4.5 to 5.0;the molar ratio of sulfurizing agent and copper source is 1.1:1;the molar ratio of reducing agent and copper source is 1:1.(2)The ccf specific resistance steady at 103-105 2 cm under the condition of the above process.After-dyeing of acid dyes, the resistance value of the ccf increased one order of magnitude.After-dyeing of active dyes, the conductivity decrease more. The dyeing percentage of the ccf decreased slightly. And the light fastness reach 4-5.Because of intrinsic grey light of the ccf,it is difficult to get a light colored samples.(3)Continuous conductive material on the surface of the ccf after process was found by the SEM photos.(4)The infrared spectrum showed that the process didn't damage the fiber's structure. The breaking force, washing fastness of the ccf are still good.
