Study On Construction Cost Management Of Coal Liquefaction Project In S Company

The cost management of construction project,usually refers to the process of project construction,the formation of elements of cost,cost of production,the cost of manpower and material resources to supervise and regulate,prevent,find the cost deviation and timely rectification,so that the cost of the intended target,ensure production and business efficiency.At present,the cost management of construction enterprises in China generally have some problems,the management level is not high,usually in the bidding stage to bid down prices,and changes in the project implementation process defects of the contract and other means to improve the project cost,resulting in investment costs,but also damage the construction enterprise's image and reputation,for long-term development is undesirable practices.The domestic coal liquefaction project has many construction projects in recent years,but because of the late development of coal liquefaction project in China,and the complexity and professionalism of the technology,all the managers lack obvious experience.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the cost management of the construction project of coal liquefaction engineering.The cost management of construction project is the key link for engineering project management,and the implementation of the project in all aspects.Construction project cost management is an important branch of project management,and the construction phase is the most cost phase of the project.Therefore,how to carry out the cost management of the construction phase and strive for the maximum benefit of the project is the subject of this paper.Based on the theory of construction project cost management,aiming at the insufficient experience of S company's coal liquefaction project construction cost experience management,this paper studies how to strengthen cost management and control the cost of engineering construction stage.Based on analyzing the characteristics of the coal liquefaction project,aiming at the complexity of coal liquefaction project cost management personnel,lack of experience,not enough attention on the cost of a waste of resources andother issues,analyzes the factors that influence various aspects including: the impact time,quality,resources,construction and management level of construction cost.The research object of this thesis is the liquefaction engineering construction project of S company,and the cost management of the method as a tool to study the problems in the construction project and the specific reasons leading to these problems,and then analyze the project cost factors,the whole system and record.To establish and perfect the mechanism of the project cost management responsibility,effective organization,establishing the cost management consciousness,establishing the effective management process,put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.
