Measure Of The Harmonious Eevelopment Between Urbanization And Eco-environment Of Hunan

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has grown substantially,and urbanization has entered a period of rapid development.At the same time,high energy-consuming,high-pollution production methods and extensive urbanization development models have caused serious threats to China's ecological environment.How to coordinate the healthy development of the two systems of urbanization and eco-environment has become an important issue for all sectors of society in our country to think about and try to solve.Hunan Province,as a large agricultural province of China,is in the critical stage of transformation and upgrading.It should also be under the call of the party on the construction of ecological civilization,taking into account the ecological environment,enhance the endogenous power and core competitiveness of urbanization,and achieve sustainable development.path.In this context,Hunan Province and its cities and counties are selected as the research object to analyze the status of urbanization and ecological environment development.Among them,urbanization analyzes the status quo of urbanization development from the four dimensions of population,economy,society,and space,using the PSR framework.The model divides the ecological environment into three aspects:environmental status,environmental pressure,and environmental response,and analyzes the current status of the development of the ecological environment from these three perspectives;constructs an econometric model of the degree of coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment,and measures the coordination between urbanization and ecological environment.According to the standard of urbanization and eco-environmental development,the development level defines the coordinated development of urbanization and eco-environment in Hunan Province from 2006 to 2015 and the cities and counties in 2015;combining the results of empirical research,it proposes the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment.The targeted countermeasures and suggestions are to provide empirical evidence for the construction of sustainable cities in Hunan Province and its cities and counties.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research results,this thesis combines the situation in Hunan Province and constructs a measurement index system to comprehensively measure the urbanization development status and the ecological environment quality in Hunan Province.The cluster analysis method is used to urbanize the cities in Hunan Province.The status quo of the development of the ecological environment was classified and analyzed;through graph processing,the dynamic relationship between urbanization and ecological environment in various cities in Hunan was analyzed;and ArcGis 10.2 was used to reflect the regional differences in the cities and counties in Hunan Province.Through empirical analysis,this thesis draws the following conclusions:(1)The development level of urbanization in Hunan Province has gradually accelerated from 2006 to 2015;the development level of ecological environment shows a tendency of fluctuation in stability;the degree of coordination between urbanization and ecological environment is the first The trend of decline after the rise;the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment from the serious imbalance to the improvement of coordination.Explain that under the mode of extensive urbanization development,Hunan Province is obviously constrained by the ecological environment,and it is necessary to explore new sustainable development models of urbanization within the scope of ecological environmental carrying capacity.(2)Development level of urbanization in cities and counties in Hunan Province in 2015 The regional differences are obvious.The eastern development is superior to the west;the difference in the level of ecological environment development is small and the overall level is low;the degree of coordination between urbanization and eco-environment differs greatly from region to region,indicating that the level of township development has a coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment.Has a significant effect.
